What You'll Do

  • Design and implement strategic initiatives, roadmaps, and success metrics.
  • Own program management and governance, including cadences, risk tracking, budgets, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Partner with product, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and people teams to align objectives and remove dependencies.
  • Analyze data to inform decisions and present clear narratives to stakeholders.
  • Champion process improvements that accelerate growth and increase efficiency.
  • Develop the capabilities and career paths of your team through mentorship, performance feedback, and targeted development plans.
  • Define and own the operating rhythm for your function.
  • Collaborate with executives to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.
  • Lead a small, high-performing team.
  • Role model inclusive leadership, coach and develop talent, and build a strong pipeline of internal successors while partnering with HR on hiring and development.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management.
  • At least 3 years in people leadership.
  • Track record of delivering cross-functional programs.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to influence and motivate without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
