Allegheny Health Network is hiring a Senior Manager, Operations - Market-Aligned. This role is pivotal for steering strategic initiatives across our growing organization. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people leadership, translating ambitious business goals into scalable programs that deliver measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement strategic initiatives, roadmaps, and success metrics.
- Own program management and governance, including cadences, risk tracking, budgets, and post-implementation reviews.
- Partner with product, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and people teams to align objectives and remove dependencies.
- Analyze data to inform decisions and present clear narratives to stakeholders.
- Champion process improvements that accelerate growth and increase efficiency.
- Develop the capabilities and career paths of your team through mentorship, performance feedback, and targeted development plans.
- Define and own the operating rhythm for your function.
- Collaborate with executives to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.
- Lead a small, high-performing team.
- Role model inclusive leadership, coach and develop talent, and build a strong pipeline of internal successors while partnering with HR on hiring and development.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management.
- At least 3 years in people leadership.
- Track record of delivering cross-functional programs.
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to influence and motivate without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
