- Recruit, train, and mentor sales talent to build a scalable, results-driven organization
- Engage directly in strategic deals, removing roadblocks and guiding teams to successful closures
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with precision, analyzing deal progression and forecasting accuracy
- Strengthen partner ecosystems by aligning distributor and agent activities with regional revenue goals
- Represent the company at major industry events in markets such as Mexico and Colombia
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure smooth deal execution and internal alignment
- Optimize Salesforce usage for accurate tracking, reporting, and forecasting

Qualifications
Candidates must bring over a decade of B2B sales experience focused on Spanish-speaking LATAM markets, with at least five years leading distributed teams in the region. You should have a history of launching and scaling sales teams from the ground up, navigating organizational change, and delivering consistent net-new revenue growth.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential, along with cultural fluency across Latin America. The role requires 30–35% travel to engage in person with partners and regional stakeholders. Experience with recurring revenue models and technology sales is highly valued, as is advanced proficiency in Salesforce.
