Globalizationpartners is hiring a Senior Manager of Integrated Campaigns and Creative Production. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Programs, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning and execution of our most significant integrated campaigns while managing creative studio operations.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end execution roadmap for high-impact initiatives like Product Launches, Brand Campaigns, and Content Tentpoles.
- Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Revenue, and Product teams to translate business objectives into actions.
- Define and track the success of integrated programs, with a focus on pipeline impact.
- Design and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of creative assets, from intake and briefing to final approval.
- Drive decisions on when to use in-house resources versus external agencies or freelancers.
- Focus on reducing cycle times and eliminating production bottlenecks without sacrificing quality.
- Anticipate crunch periods, negotiate deadlines, and prioritize high-impact, revenue-generating requests.
- Serve as the executive owner of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Project Management and/or Marketing Operations.
- Proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- Expertise in resource forecasting, budget management, and creative workflow automation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Asana.
- Experience with the Air data asset management platform.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Director of Marketing Programs.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range of $136,000 - $170,000 plus variable compensation.
