Responsibilities
- Lead the complete program governance structure in collaboration with IT, finance, quality, and commercial teams.
- Develop and maintain high-quality program management practices, covering intake processes, strategic roadmaps, charters, responsibility assignments, timelines, milestone reviews, communication strategies, and retrospective analysis.
- Oversee financial oversight for programs, tracking budget adherence and verifying achievement of expected business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Business Process Excellence leadership to define project scope and ensure execution follows established governance.
- Manage the post-implementation support phase to facilitate quick issue resolution and ensure smooth business operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party logistics providers to align on requirements, success metrics, and execution expectations.
- Shape and progress the global logistics transformation strategy, ensuring compliance while driving efficiency, scalability, and financial performance.
