Victoria's Secret & Co is looking for a Senior Manager, Legal Operations to be a forward-thinking operational strategist for our legal department. You will support the effective operations of our team of over 100 associates by leading strategic and operational initiatives that increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability across the function.
What You'll Do
- Maintain Legal team operating models and workflows
- Identify and implement strategic operational and technology optimization
- Coordinate Legal communications strategy and deployment
- Facilitate cross-functional process design
- Enhance knowledge sharing processes across the department
- Oversee outside counsel and other third-party vendor engagements and performance management
- Implement and update e-discovery protocols to support company litigation
- Manage Legal spend and budget analysis
- Coordinate data analytics and dashboarding
- Maintain trend and benchmarking interpretation to inform strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Technology, Finance, and HR
What We're Looking For
- 7-10+ years of experience in functional operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and driving departmental change
- Experience developing function-level strategy and supporting tactical execution of strategic plans
- Strong project management skills and sound technical expertise
- Experience with workflow automation tools and matter management, e-billing, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience collaborating and building relationships within a team, across departments, and with external stakeholders
- Ability to work with confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
