Pulse Advertising GmbH is looking for a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing to independently manage campaigns from proposal to reporting while shaping the strategic direction of our driven, passionate, and diverse department. You’ll blend operational campaign management with team leadership.
What You'll Do
- Independently manage large-scale, high-complexity social media campaigns for clients, developing creative ideas and bringing them to life.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and other internal services while communicating with clients and external partners for seamless project delivery.
- Identify procedural and functional challenges, develop solutions, and improve productivity, efficiency, and alignment across teams.
- Analyze trends, prepare internal and external reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Consistently bring creative and innovative approaches that drive Pulse’s business forward.
- Take accountability for performance, lead your own team, support its continued development, and shape the strategic direction of the influencer marketing department.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in the social media field, including a minimum of 3 years in influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills and enjoy working with numbers.
- Love both project management and emotional storytelling.
- True team player with a strong hands-on mentality.
- Approach new challenges with a positive attitude and know how to motivate your team.
- Fluent in German and English.
