Stepful is hiring a Senior Manager, Healthcare Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution toward established targets in profitability, margin, and unit economics to support program success.
  • Collaborate with department leads to develop and maintain performance dashboards incorporating financial and non-financial indicators.
  • Implement a strategic program roadmap in partnership with senior leadership, surfacing insights that guide priority setting and decisions.
  • Detect performance shortfalls and collaborate across functions to implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in building business justifications for new initiatives, investments, or process improvements.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Customer Success, Learning, and Operations to ensure alignment on program objectives.
  • Enable integrated planning across departments to ensure unified and effective execution.
  • Highlight and escalate risks, misalignments, or trade-offs affecting program results.
  • Promote accountability across teams to deliver on shared outcomes.
  • Support engagement with instructors, subject matter experts, and stakeholders for key projects and B2B opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver performance summaries, risks, and strategic insights for executive reviews.
  • Work with leadership on interactions with external entities such as accreditors, regulators, and industry groups.
  • Provide program-level intelligence to inform discussions on resource distribution and strategic focus.

Compensation

The target base salary range is $170,000 - $185,000, part of a comprehensive total rewards package that includes equity and benefits.

  • There is no bonus program currently, so all cash compensation is delivered as base salary.
