Pendulum is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to lead our customer acquisition and revenue expansion efforts. This role is pivotal in shaping our go-to-market strategy and scaling our impact.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the growth marketing strategy across key acquisition channels.
- Lead campaign development from ideation to analysis, focusing on measurable ROI.
- Analyze performance data to drive continuous optimization and inform strategic decisions.
- Build and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Data teams to align growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing or performance marketing.
- A track record of scaling customer acquisition and revenue growth in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Deep expertise in core channels such as paid social, search, email, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using data to test hypotheses and guide strategy.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
