EX Squared is hiring a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to drive revenue growth through strategic client relationships. This role focuses on expanding our enterprise footprint by identifying and closing complex sales opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure new enterprise accounts
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships within target organizations
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client needs
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement accurately
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment
- Demonstrated success selling complex solutions to large organizations
- Strong business acumen and executive presence
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a strategic sales pipeline
