American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Product Management to lead AI innovation within our marketing technology ecosystem. This role focuses on hands-on product leadership, translating business needs into high-impact AI solutions that enable marketers across the enterprise.
What You'll Do
- Own the full product development lifecycle including discovery, requirements definition, prototyping, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Translate marketer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality AI features on time.
- Lead in vendor evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to integrate AI capabilities into the broader MarTech ecosystem.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in product management or product forward strategy roles in a highly regulated environment.
- Practical understanding of Large Language Models, including prompt engineering concepts and Natural Language Processing.
- Experience owning products end-to-end and working closely with engineering and data science teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Passion for AI, innovation, and improving marketer experiences.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with AI-powered products strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with MarTech platforms and AI-driven marketing use cases preferred.

- Compensation: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits.
