What You'll Do
Lead daily operations at the Kingston Taiwan site, ensuring consistent production output and operational readiness. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving critical issues between Kingston and EverPure, coordinating swiftly across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.
Act as the central communication link for internal teams, external vendors, and leadership, maintaining transparency and alignment. Oversee project execution on-site, tracking progress, reviewing plans, and ensuring timely delivery of commitments.
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen supply chain resilience, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Lead procurement initiatives, manage supplier performance, and ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and commercial standards. Drive process improvements using Lean, Kaizen, or Just-In-Time methodologies to reduce waste and shorten lead times.
Identify risks related to suppliers, logistics, or production disruptions and maintain robust contingency plans. Monitor key performance metrics across operations and supply chain, and deliver regular updates to senior management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Have 10+ years of experience in supply chain, business management, or manufacturing operations, including 3–5 years in a leadership capacity
- Demonstrate proven success in managing production environments, resolving escalations, and leading cross-functional teams
- Possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Have hands-on experience with ERP systems and operational reporting tools
- Show ability to influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in Supply Chain or Operations
- Background in electronics, semiconductor, or hardware manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement certification
- Experience managing international suppliers and working with cross-cultural teams
- Strong understanding of supply chain finance, budgeting, and cost management
