About the Role

CSL Seqirus is looking for a Senior Manager - Commercial Training to design and deliver impactful training programs that build a high-performing commercial team. This role partners closely with leadership to align initiatives with business objectives, developing everything from onboarding to leadership programs.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with commercial leadership to identify and develop essential competencies for a high-performance team.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of business strategies.
  • Design, procure, and deliver comprehensive sales and commercial training programs, including new hire onboarding and product knowledge.
  • Build leadership programs such as regional field training and emergent leader programs.
  • Establish criteria for evaluating training effectiveness and ensure content remains current and relevant.
  • Stay abreast of emerging training methodologies and product trends within the organization and among competitors.
  • Set long-term objectives and outline strategic actions to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify team members' developmental needs and provide coaching, mentoring, and support.
  • Manage multiple projects and vendors.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in designing, developing, and facilitating training programs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales, sales management, account management (hospital/IDN preferred), sales training, curriculum development, implementation, or vendor management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with distance-learning technologies, selling skills, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Expertise in adult learning principles.
  • Expertise in curriculum and training design, and measurement of training outcomes.
  • Advanced experience in selling skills, including advanced negotiation.
  • Experience and strong knowledge of Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and office-based account structures.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
