Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Management to join our team in Oshawa. Reporting to the Director, Commercial Management, you will be a strategic and results-driven professional critical to progressing OPG’s major nuclear growth initiatives. This newly created role sits at the intersection of Commercial Management, Legal, and Business Development, offering a significant opportunity to drive large-scale new nuclear opportunities, beginning with the Wesleyville project.
What You'll Do
- Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of high-value, complex commercial agreements with an initial focus on large new nuclear opportunities.
- Develop and support the strategy to progress multiple commercial agreements while identifying, assessing, and mitigating commercial risks.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to support the business case for commercial opportunities, working closely with legal teams on agreement development.
- Support corporate business development activities by leveraging project knowledge to drive new nuclear commercial growth.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Director, Commercial Management and operate in a dynamic environment cross-collaborating with Commercial Management, Legal, and Business Development functions.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $134,000 - $214,500.

This role is onsite at our Oshawa, ON location.
