About the Role

This position leads clinical site partnership activities in Germany, driving effective site engagement, ensuring compliance with protocols, and supporting timely trial execution through proactive management and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site-facing activities for clinical trials within Germany
  • Serve as primary point of contact for investigative sites
  • Ensure site understanding and adherence to study protocols
  • Monitor site performance and support corrective actions when needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain trial timelines
  • Support site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting site delivery
  • Facilitate timely data collection and query resolution
  • Conduct site training and ongoing performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Coordinate logistics for site visits and materials
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and trial records
  • Support inspection readiness for German sites
  • Promote patient recruitment strategies at the site level
  • Work with local teams to address country-specific requirements
  • Ensure proper delegation and oversight at investigative sites
  • Support audit and regulatory inspection processes
  • Drive high-quality site relationships through proactive engagement
  • Manage site contracts and essential documentation timelines
  • Contribute to process improvements in site management
  • Support centralized and on-site monitoring coordination
  • Ensure adherence to ethical and safety standards
  • Liaise with local medical and regulatory stakeholders
  • Provide input on site selection and feasibility
  • Support development of site-facing materials

Compensation
