NDA is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role

The Sales Development Representative will proactively reach out to prospective clients, initiate conversations, and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline. The individual will use a mix of phone, email, and social platforms to connect with decision-makers and set up meetings for the account executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls and emails
  • Research target accounts to understand business needs and decision-makers
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria for sales readiness
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in CRM
  • Collaborate with account executives to align on prospecting strategy
  • Follow up with prospects to advance sales conversations
  • Attend team meetings to review performance and share insights
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
  • Use social media platforms to engage with prospects
  • Adhere to established sales processes and best practices
  • Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely manner
  • Participate in product and sales training sessions
  • Track key performance metrics daily
  • Identify new market opportunities through outreach efforts
  • Support the sales team with data and insights from prospect interactions
