Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a closely related field.
- Capable of working autonomously while engaging effectively with vendors and stakeholders across all levels.
- Skilled at meeting client demands, influencing teams, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Adept at managing complex operational workflows and conveying information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting data to guide decisions and evaluate outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for reporting.
- Familiarity with demand planning or forecasting processes.
- Demonstrated ability to establish trust, collaborate across functions, and adapt in dynamic settings.
- Client-oriented mindset with strong communication skills across organizational hierarchies.
