About the Role

Huntress is hiring a Senior Manager, Client Marketing to drive member registration, activation, and business growth across our health plan clients. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing programs and contribute to strategy by building scalable, repeatable initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop client marketing strategies that drive maximum engagement through both plan-owned and employer-facing channels.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, SMS, webinars, events, newsletters, and referral programs.
  • Serve as the day-to-day marketing point of contact for clients.
  • Support onboarding and implementation of marketing access for new launches and client expansions.
  • Support the development of marketing playbooks and channel guidelines.
  • Manage a repeatable, scalable campaign execution process to reduce custom work and improve efficiency.
  • Track performance across channels, analyze results, and apply insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Enable internal teams with documentation, campaign calendars, and client-specific insights.
  • Work with Data Engineering and Clinical Ops to ensure campaign data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
  • Ensure marketing compliance in collaboration with Clinical and Partner Experience teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B2C marketing.
  • At least 3 years focused on health plans.
  • Proven track record executing cross-channel campaigns in complex client ecosystems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Skilled in client communication, internal alignment, and campaign enablement.
  • Analytical mindset; able to interpret performance data and drive optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, mission-driven environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Lightdash, and other marketing/data tools.

Work closely with teams across Sales, Clinical, Implementation, Client Success, Lifecycle Marketing, and Data.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 USD
