Hala Fintech is seeking a strategic and dynamic Business Head to lead its Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This role is responsible for driving market entry strategies, customer retention initiatives, and innovative pricing models while collaborating closely with product and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence in the competitive fintech landscape of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positions within the fintech industry
- Assess regulatory factors unique to the KSA market
- Create a detailed GTM plan that encapsulates product positioning, target customer segments, marketing approaches, and distribution strategies tailored for the unique fintech landscape in KSA
- Oversee the implementation of GTM strategies, ensuring all teams are equipped and aligned to execute plans effectively
- Utilize market feedback to refine strategies dynamically and ensure the company's products meet evolving customer expectations
- Develop clear customer journey maps that illustrate key touchpoints
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty throughout the lifecycle
- Create targeted retention campaigns based on customer data analytics
- Implement loyalty programs and personalized communication strategies that resonate with customers and enhance retention
- Establish mechanisms for ongoing customer feedback collection through surveys and interaction analyses to continuously improve service offerings and customer experience
- Perform in-depth cost analyses and assess market value perceptions to develop competitive pricing strategies that cater to diverse customer segments in KSA
- Design and implement dynamic pricing strategies, utilizing data analytics to adjust pricing based on market conditions, customer behavior, and competitor tactics
- Ensure pricing strategies are communicated effectively, highlighting the unique value proposition of Hala Fintech’s offerings to both existing and potential customers
- Foster collaboration among product, sales, marketing, and customer support teams, ensuring cohesive strategy execution across all departments
- Provide mentorship to team members, fostering a culture that prioritizes professional growth, teamwork, and excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on company objectives and facilitating cooperative strategies for market expansion
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs that assess the effectiveness of GTM strategies, retention efforts, and overall business performance
- Utilize advanced analytics to generate insights into performance outcomes
- Conduct regular performance reviews, adjusting strategies based on findings to ensure growth and adaptability
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by systematically reviewing performance metrics and implementing strategic pivots as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in a strategic role within the fintech or technology sector
- Strong emphasis on GTM strategy development and execution
- Deep understanding of the fintech landscape in KSA, including regulatory frameworks, customer behavior, and competitor analysis
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
