Role Overview
As Senior Manager, Business (GTM), you will drive strategic growth for a leading fintech organization across the MENAP region, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia. Your leadership will shape how products enter the market, retain customers, and deliver value in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, and regulatory environments specific to KSA to inform strategic direction.
- Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, defining product positioning, target audiences, and distribution models.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between product, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure consistent strategy delivery.
- Map customer journeys to identify critical interaction points and improve engagement throughout the lifecycle.
- Develop data-informed retention strategies, including personalized communication, loyalty programs, and targeted campaigns.
- Establish feedback loops through surveys and behavioral analysis to continuously refine customer experience.
- Conduct cost and value assessments to build pricing models that reflect market conditions and customer segmentation.
- Implement adaptive pricing approaches using analytics to respond to competition, demand shifts, and user behavior.
- Communicate the value of offerings clearly to both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
- Mentor team members and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support market expansion goals.
- Define and track KPIs across GTM effectiveness, retention performance, and business outcomes.
- Use advanced analytics to evaluate results, guide strategic adjustments, and foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, along with 7–10 years of strategic experience in fintech or technology, particularly in go-to-market execution. Deep knowledge of the Saudi financial market—including regulations, customer expectations, and competitive dynamics—is essential. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills in both English and Arabic are required. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
