Responsibilities
- Lead compliance strategy for healthcare services in Washington and Oregon
- Monitor adherence to federal, state, and internal regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews across operational sites
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to address regulatory changes
- Develop and deliver compliance training for staff and leadership
- Manage internal and external audit coordination
- Maintain compliance documentation and reporting systems
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
- Support investigations into compliance-related concerns
- Ensure policies align with evolving healthcare regulations
- Track compliance metrics and report findings to leadership
