Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow revenue from major accounts in the New Jersey region.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecast to management.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and gather market intelligence.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective and existing customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for major accounts.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide input on product development and roadmap based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales activities.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
