Artera is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Model Dev) to drive the development of core machine learning models. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of model creation, from research and prototyping to robust production deployment.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, training, and validation of advanced ML models
- Build scalable pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical model specifications
- Implement rigorous testing and monitoring frameworks to ensure model performance and reliability
- Mentor other engineers on ML best practices and architectural patterns
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment
- Deep expertise in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Proven track record of taking models from research to production at scale
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
