Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models to improve key product experiences
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact opportunities

- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and computational efficiency
- Work with large-scale datasets to extract meaningful behavioral patterns
- Deploy models into production environments with monitoring and feedback loops
- Conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of machine learning features
- Maintain and iterate on existing machine learning systems
- Ensure models comply with privacy and ethical standards
- Translate business requirements into technical machine learning solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team technical direction
- Stay current with advancements in machine learning research and tooling
- Diagnose and resolve data quality and model degradation issues
- Support the development of internal machine learning platforms
