Faculty is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Guiding technical planning and architecture choices for impactful machine learning systems
  • Developing robust, scalable ML software, tools, and infrastructure for production use
  • Establishing and enforcing best practices for enterprise-wide deployment of machine learning at scale
  • Working closely with engineering, data science, product, and commercial teams to tackle key client problems and seize opportunities
  • Serving as a technical advisor to clients and partners, turning complex AI concepts into practical strategies
  • Supporting and growing junior engineers while contributing to a strong, collaborative engineering culture

About the Team

The Life Sciences team focuses on accelerating the development and commercialization of transformative therapies using AI. It collaborates with pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, and MedTech startups to create solutions for pressing healthcare issues and advance equitable access to medical advancements.

The Interview Process

  • Initial screening with the Talent Team (30 minutes)
  • Pair programming session (90 minutes)
  • System design interview (90 minutes)
  • Commercial-focused interview (60 minutes)
