Kevin Meyer Consulting GmbH is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join Zendesk QA (formerly Klaus). You will develop AI-driven customer service quality assurance solutions, working independently within an international team to build and improve core platform components.
What You'll Do
- Work with a high level of independence and trust to decide how implementation is done.
- Build and improve RESTful and RPC-based APIs to be consumed by various applications and end-users.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimize the application for maximum performance and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection functionalities.
- Design and implement data storage solutions.
- Build out integrations with help desk and analytics platforms.
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to your peers.
- Set up monitoring systems and continuously monitor application performance to proactively identify and address issues.
- Write automated tests.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience with a focus on back-end development.
- Experience with programming languages like Go and Python.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database technologies.
- Working experience with cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services.
- Comfortable working remotely in English across departments.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Interest in machine learning and ML Ops.
