Cambiumassessment is looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join us in a part-time capacity starting in September through mid-December. In this role, you will translate client specifications into software deliverables and perform data analysis to ensure quality.
What You'll Do
- Comprehend client specifications and translate them into production-ready deliverables.
- Write Python scripts to perform data analysis and assure the quality of client deliverables.
- Interact with internal and external users via phone, email, and online tools to obtain and convey problem information.
What We're Looking For
- Currently seeking a master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software and hardware.
- Data analysis experience.
- Python programming experience, specifically data analysis programming.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
- Very detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and using remote collaboration tools like email and MS Teams.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of pandas.
- Familiarity with ReportLab.
- R programming experience.
- Knowledge of SQL.
