As a Senior M365 Consultant specializing in SharePoint, you will lead end-to-end delivery of employee engagement initiatives for large organizations, shaping how teams collaborate through Microsoft 365 technologies. Working directly with clients, you will gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design practical solutions that align with strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead workshops—both virtual and in-person—to define client needs and guide solution planning
- Design and implement comprehensive solutions using SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Viva Connections
- Own key project workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Translate business challenges into technical architectures and functional designs
- Create clear technical documentation and lead handover sessions with operations teams
- Deliver training programs for both technical staff and end users
- Collaborate across distributed teams and client environments, on-site or remotely
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Teams—particularly in solution design and implementation
- Proven experience leading client workshops and translating requirements into technical outcomes
- Strong ability to document processes, systems, and user guidance to a high standard
- Experience mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team development
- Solid understanding of information architecture and content structuring in SharePoint Online
- Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt communication across levels
- Self-driven with strong time management and initiative in fast-paced consulting environments
- Ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in complex enterprise engagements and large-scale digital transformations
- Experience with Enterprise Content Management and advanced search configurations
- Hands-on involvement in SharePoint migrations, including scripting and data handling
