Spring Health is looking for a Senior Localization Quality Manager to build and lead the quality framework for our global mental healthcare services. In this role, you will ensure our localized products and content meet the highest standards, directly supporting our mission to eliminate barriers to mental health.
What You'll Do
- Solidify Spring Health’s leadership in offering high quality localized mental health care services globally.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality framework, including testing processes and standards.
- Define, track, and report on key quality metrics, driving continuous improvement across all localized products.
- Oversee testing cycles, manage bug reporting and triage, and ensure timely resolution of issues with cross-functional teams.
- Own the creation, maintenance, and enforcement of linguistic assets like translation memories, glossaries, and style guides.
- Track and improve the quality performance of external localization vendors.
- Identify opportunities for automation and tooling integrations for quality and testing workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across design, UX, and R&D to improve the global member experience.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in localization program management, quality management, or AI/machine translation.
- Proven ability to define, implement, and measure localization quality standards and metrics.
- Hands-on experience with localization tools and bug tracking systems.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in root cause analysis and issue prevention.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluency in another language.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Director, Localization and collaborate closely with engineering, product, operations, and other teams.

- Compensation range: $97,000 - $113,500 + equity.
