We are looking for a Senior LNG Maintenance Manager to lead the comprehensive maintenance strategy for our Energía Costa Azul (ECA) terminal. This role is critical as we evolve from regasification processes toward the liquefaction of natural gas (LNG), ensuring equipment reliability, industrial safety, and optimized maintenance execution.
What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
- Lead the execution of terminal turnarounds and shutdowns, ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Coordinate maintenance activities across construction, commissioning, pre-commissioning, and production phases.
- Implement and oversee risk management strategies to ensure asset integrity.
- Supervise contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met in all external services.
- Coordinate interaction between mechanical, electrical, and operations teams to guarantee operational continuity.
- Represent the terminal during maintenance-related audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 15–20 years of experience in industrial maintenance within the Oil & Gas and LNG sectors.
- Proven expertise managing large-scale shutdowns, turnarounds, commissioning, and production activities.
- Deep technical knowledge of maintaining mechanical, electrical, rotating, and instrumentation equipment.
- International experience working in LNG terminals and petrochemical plants.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple contractors and vendors on large-scale industrial projects.
- Advanced English proficiency in both oral and written communication.
