Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Aircraft Completions Manager to manage the strategic operations of teams within our Completions organization. In this role, you will be accountable for guiding high-quality performance, ensuring aircraft are complete and ready for delivery, and driving process improvements while interacting with internal and external customers. What You'll Do
- Ensure accurate and meaningful communication flow between leadership and team to ensure alignment.
- Deliver timely Progressive Counseling to maintain safety, compliance, and appropriate behavior.
- Conduct regular contribution and development discussions and support development investment for all team members.
- Establish and cascade departmental goals aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and timely, prioritizing safety and quality at the highest level.
- Oversee the Completions outfitting of aircraft to ensure compliance with ASCs, ADs, SBs, and Quality Alerts prior to delivery.
- Ensure the aircraft is complete and ready for the delivery process, including Exterior Paint inspection, Ground inspection, and Customer Acceptance flight(s).
- Establish key delivery milestones and requirements for timely delivery and successful Entry-into-Service.
- Lead company Cold Soak test flights to ensure compliance with the Buyer-Approved Completion Package.
- Participate in customer delivery ceremonies to commemorate an exceptional completion and delivery experience.
- Provide senior management with formal continuous communication for each assigned completions project.
- Develop and execute business unit strategic plans to ensure budget, product cost, productivity, inventory levels, delivery performance, quality objectives, and operational goals are met.
- Develop, maintain, and meet or exceed requirements for a safe work environment, ensuring housekeeping, 5S standards, EHS requirements, and safety procedures are followed.
- Maintain current working knowledge of applicable FAA, EASA, CAAC, and other civil aviation authority regulations and certification requirements.
- Model and reinforce safety and quality as a priority.
- Execute pay planning for your team.
- Hire and onboard new team members to support overall success in the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Aviation Maintenance, or a related curriculum OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years related experience in an aviation, engineering, or operations role.
- 2 years People management experience with accountability for employee relations activities, including performance reviews, hiring/termination recommendations, compensation recommendations, and employee development.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft applications.
- Able to support customer needs during normal working hours and after (nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Nice to Have
- Aerospace manufacturing experience.

Team & Environment
You will manage teams within the Completions organization, with a span of control targeted at 5-10 teams.
Work Mode
This role is onsite in Savannah, GA.
