What You'll Do
- Meet and exceed regional growth targets through proactive outreach, relationship development, and consistent follow-up with senior living decision-makers
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations that communicate service benefits and differentiate offerings in a competitive landscape
- Coordinate field activities to align with provider availability, facility expansions, and patient volume changes
- Spend approximately 90% of each business day engaging stakeholders in person, with 10% dedicated to administrative follow-up and planning
- Travel frequently within your designated area, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and utilizing internal technology platforms effectively
Requirements
- Proven success in sales or business development roles with measurable results
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Experience in clinical operations or direct care delivery settings
- Valid driver’s license and ability to manage independent travel schedules
- Strong organizational abilities with a track record of managing complex calendars and shifting priorities
- Professional communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences, including clinical and administrative staff
- Intermediate proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and fax systems
- Commitment to service excellence and alignment with core values of care, collaboration, and integrity
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
