EX Squared is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to provide expert legal guidance and manage a wide range of corporate legal matters. This is a fully remote position where you will play a key role in supporting our business operations.

What You'll Do

Provide strategic legal advice and support on corporate governance, compliance, and commercial transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex contracts and agreements.
Manage and mitigate legal risk across the organization.
Stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting the company.

What We're Looking For

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
Proven experience as in-house counsel or relevant law firm experience.
Strong expertise in corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
