EX Squared is looking for a Remote Senior Counsel to join our team. This senior-level role provides an opportunity to offer strategic legal advice and manage a diverse portfolio of legal matters for a dynamic organization.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic legal guidance and risk assessment to internal stakeholders
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex contracts and agreements
- Manage legal disputes and oversee litigation or pre-litigation matters
- Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and compliance programs
- Advise on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and intellectual property matters
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house counsel background
- Proven expertise in commercial contracts, corporate law, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide pragmatic business-focused legal solutions
