RainFocus is looking for an Associate Technical Delivery Engineer to help deliver and support technical solutions for our event management platform. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and operation.
What You'll Do
- Execute technical tasks for the delivery and configuration of the RainFocus platform.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by clients.
- Support the integration of client systems and data with the RainFocus platform.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and solutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to meet delivery milestones.
