EX Squared is seeking a Remote Counsel - Senior Level to provide strategic legal guidance and support. You will be a key legal partner, addressing complex challenges for our global operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and legal documents.
- Manage legal risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications of business strategies and decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
- 8+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience, preferably with in-house counsel background.
- Proven expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with a business-oriented mindset.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, global position. Candidates will be considered from various regions, with an expectation to collaborate across time zones.
