Role Overview
Join a dedicated voice and contact center engineering team as a Senior Java IVR Application Developer. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining cloud-hosted IVR systems that deliver seamless customer experiences at scale. Your work will ensure the reliability, performance, and technical alignment of mission-critical voice applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain stateful IVR applications in cloud environments, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards
- Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, third-party vendors, and business units to enhance voice contact center capabilities
- Perform hands-on coding, configuration, and optimization of IVR solutions using Java and SQL
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the IVR platform to maintain high system availability
- Implement improvements that increase system reliability and customer satisfaction
- Translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient application features
- Support deployment and operational readiness of new and existing IVR services
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience developing and supporting IVR platforms in cloud-based environments
