Jobgether is hiring a Senior Java Developer to contribute to complex, high-impact software projects. In this remote role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing solutions while collaborating closely with product managers and team members.

What You'll Do

Implement and optimize algorithms in Java efficiently and reliably.
Design and develop solutions for complex software problems across projects.
Drive detailed definition of feature requirements in collaboration with product managers.
Identify and resolve immediate and potential issues within applications.
Ensure deployment plans are completed, including backout procedures, post-implementation testing, and maintenance of system stability.
Contribute to code optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
5–7 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
Experience with authentication and authorization of REST APIs.
Expertise in PostgreSQL and understanding of JSON structure and schema.
Proven experience in architecting and developing complex n-tier Java/J2EE applications using Servlets and IDEs such as Eclipse.
Proficiency with version control systems, particularly GIT.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in researching, evaluating, and implementing algorithms effectively.
