As a software engineer, you will develop an AI automation platform for nurses, building backend systems with Python and cloud technologies to improve care delivery.

Contribute to our AI Automation Platform for Nurses.
Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of working experience as a software engineer and a strong drive to learn and grow.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficiency in Python with solid skills and eagerness to apply them.
Strong interest in backend development and a willingness to focus primarily on this area.
Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
Organized self-starter who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
Interest or passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Nice to Have

Basic understanding or interest in machine learning and a willingness to develop your skills in this area.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects that have had a meaningful impact.
German language skills.
Knowledge about nursing homes or the healthcare industry.
