Digital Career Institute GmbH is looking for a Lehrer / Dozent (all genders) für SAP ABAP/S4 HANA to develop and structure a practical curriculum for SAP programming and optionally teach. You will play a central role in building our training offering in this high-demand field, helping participants start an attractive new career.

What You'll Do

Develop and structure a practical curriculum for SAP ABAP programming and S/4 HANA.
Optionally, after curriculum development, didactically prepare learning content for participants with no or little prior SAP experience.
Teach topics ranging from basics to advanced concepts like data modeling, interfaces, customizing, and migration.
Collaborate closely with our pedagogical team to design a modern, interactive, and learner-centered course.
Optionally, continuously update course content based on labor market and SAP community developments.
Optionally, take on teaching activities in online live sessions.

What We're Looking For

A completed degree or training in the relevant field (certificate required).
Several years of professional experience as an SAP developer, specifically with ABAP and S/4 HANA.

Nice to Have

Experience in training, knowledge transfer, or curriculum design.
Very good knowledge of ABAP Objects, SAP S/4 HANA, and ideally Fiori/UI5.
Enjoyment in conveying complex content in an understandable and practical way.
Didactic skill, patience, and enthusiasm for working with people in further education.
Very good German or English language skills (working language is flexible).
