What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of IT positions, from initial scoping to final candidate submission. Partner directly with hiring managers and the Delivery Manager to clarify role expectations and hiring priorities.
Use LinkedIn and other platforms to proactively identify and engage skilled professionals in software development, DevOps, QA, Data, and related fields. Conduct thorough HR screenings to assess fit and build a strong shortlist of qualified candidates.
Coordinate interview logistics across stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved. Keep the hiring pipeline well-organized and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
Champion a positive candidate journey throughout every stage of the process, reflecting the values of transparency and respect.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of dedicated experience in IT recruitment
- Proven ability to fill technical roles efficiently and with quality
- Deep familiarity with IT job profiles and technical hiring landscapes
- Strong sourcing techniques and experience using recruitment tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to deliver results independently
- Professional fluency in English
