FORVIA, a global leader in sustainable automotive technologies for smart mobility, is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor for the EMEA region. In this role within the Group's Internal Audit Department, you will lead or participate in audit missions across dynamic and complex environments, evaluating internal control systems and strengthening controls and process efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Conduct audit missions through interviews, documentary analysis (financial, contractual, procedural), identification of control weaknesses, and the drafting of audit reports.
- Monitor the implementation of management action plans.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of audit methodologies and work programs.
- Develop strong relationships with operational teams to promote understanding of the internal audit role and support continuous control improvement.
- Participate in continuous professional development and share knowledge with colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 8 years of professional experience, ideally in controlling (factory or R&D center), operations, and/or external audit.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, teamwork, autonomous and proactive approach.
- Good understanding of business processes, systems, and the culture of the automotive industry.
- A curious and adaptable mindset, comfortable presenting results and recommendations.
- A desire to deepen knowledge of internal controls and FORVIA's organizational environment.
- Proficiency in French and English (minimum B2, ideally C1).
- Availability for travel up to 30%, mainly in Europe and Africa.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of other languages such as German, Spanish, or Polish is an asset.
