Role Overview
As a Senior Inside Sales Consultant, you'll support families in finalizing senior care arrangements by re-engaging them through persistent, consultative outreach. Working fully remotely within the Eastern Time zone, you'll drive conversions by maintaining momentum in the sales pipeline and ensuring families move from exploration to decision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of previously engaged families, providing ongoing guidance to support move-in decisions.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email to re-engage prospects and advance them through the sales funnel.
- Move families toward decisions by scheduling follow-up tours, offering tailored recommendations, and introducing new care options when necessary.
- Apply a consistent follow-up rhythm to keep leads active and prevent disengagement.
- Quickly establish rapport, identify family needs, and recommend appropriate care solutions.
- Collaborate with senior living providers to coordinate visits, relay feedback, and support successful transitions.
- Keep CRM records up to date with accurate, real-time details on interactions, next steps, and forecasts.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals.
- Engage in regular coaching sessions, call evaluations, and training to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a sales role with a quota-based structure, ideally in inside or phone-driven environments.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Experience nurturing and converting warm leads.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to manage simultaneous tasks, including live calls and CRM updates.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with discipline and accountability.

Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly base pay of $24.76 (approximately $51,500 annually), with uncapped performance incentives. On-target earnings reach $86,500 annually, including a $35,000 variable bonus component. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
