This is a remote, performance-based position centered on helping families finalize senior care choices. The role emphasizes high-volume communication, pipeline advancement, and consultative sales techniques to convert interest into placements, with clear accountability for achieving monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage a flow of families who have previously interacted and need ongoing support to reach a move-in decision.
- Conduct frequent, high-volume outreach using phone, text, and email to re-engage families and move them forward.
- Advance families from touring to decision-making by scheduling follow-up tours and offering alternative care options when necessary.
- Apply a consistent follow-up schedule to keep families engaged and prevent delays in the process.
- Quickly build trust, identify family needs, and recommend appropriate care solutions.
- Collaborate with senior living facilities and care providers to arrange tours, exchange feedback, and support successful placements.
- Keep CRM records up to date with accurate, real-time details on pipeline status, next actions, and sales forecasts.
- Regularly meet or surpass monthly sales quotas and conversion benchmarks.
- Engage in ongoing coaching sessions, call evaluations, and training to enhance performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in sales roles with a quota-driven environment, ideally in inside or phone-based sales.
- Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience handling and converting warm lead pipelines.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks such as phone calls and CRM updates simultaneously.
- Skilled in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently from home with strong focus and accountability.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in senior care, healthcare, or consultative sales settings is a plus.

Compensation
Hourly Base Salary: $51,500 ($24.76 an hour). On Target Earnings: $86,500 ($35,000 variable bonus, uncapped)
