We are creating a talent pipeline of bilingual German-English Customer Support Consultants to support international technology clients. This is a future-oriented, fully remote position ideal for individuals with prior customer service experience who value flexible scheduling and working independently within a diverse, inclusive setting. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer assistance using phone, chat, and email channels
- Foster reliable and positive relationships with customers over time
- Stay current with changing tools, platforms, and support technologies
- Safeguard sensitive customer information in compliance with security standards
- Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in both German and English (C1 level or above)
- Minimum of six months of experience in a customer-facing support role
- Demonstrated ability to use CRM platforms efficiently
- Reliable personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet (50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
