Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed monthly performance and conversion targets
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve outcomes
- Adhere to compliance standards and company policies in all communications
- Use CRM tools to track and manage client progress through the sales pipeline
- Respond to client inquiries with empathy and detailed information
- Educate families about different types of senior care services available
- Navigate complex family dynamics with professionalism and discretion
- Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service
- Stay current on product offerings and provider network changes
- Participate in regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Complete required training modules and onboarding programs

Compensation
