DailyPay is hiring a Senior Implementation Project Manager to initiate, plan, and execute key deliverables for our strategic client implementations. You will own the customer lifecycle from sale through go-live, ensuring projects meet timeline estimates and client success expectations while utilizing your leadership to influence project teams.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle from point of sale through 'Go-Live', ensuring program setup aligns with client business goals.
- Act as the primary bridge between the client’s sponsors and internal teams.
- Proactively identify 'scope creep' and technical hurdles that could delay timeline or inflate budget.
- Provide strategic alignment and increase visibility across DailyPay’s portfolio of active implementations.
- Manage conflict resolution when teams encounter issues or blockers.
- Develop and manage organizational process assets and tools to gain efficiencies across projects.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree and Equivalent Experience.
- 5+ years in a client-facing implementation or project management role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong, client-facing organizational and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, critical thinker with ability to prioritize and flexibility to adjust in an evolving environment.

- PMP or PM certification(s).
