About the Role
The role involves managing end-to-end implementation projects, working closely with clients to understand their requirements, configuring systems, and delivering training and support to ensure successful product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of software solutions for enterprise customers
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
- Configure and customize platforms to meet client-specific needs
- Develop and execute project plans with clear timelines and deliverables
- Serve as the main point of contact during implementation phases
- Conduct system demonstrations and product walkthroughs
- Provide training sessions for client teams and end users
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate with technical teams
- Ensure data migration processes are accurate and secure
- Maintain detailed documentation of system setups and workflows
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones to stakeholders
- Adapt implementation strategies based on client feedback
- Work alongside account managers and technical support teams
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation methodologies
- Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to support teams
- Assist in refining onboarding materials and client resources
- Ensure compliance with security and data handling standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
- Escalate risks and dependencies proactively
- Translate technical capabilities into business benefits for clients
- Gather feedback to inform product improvement suggestions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates and features
