Sysco GB is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as our Workday Recruiting subject-matter expert. You will ensure the module performs reliably end-to-end, taking ownership of configuration design, troubleshooting, governance adherence, testing, and the delivery of enhancements.
What You'll Do
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Recruiting including requisition workflows, candidate processes, job posting automation, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- Partner with other HRIS cross-functional teams to ensure configuration compatibility.
- Act as the escalation point for recruitment system issues, providing expert second-level support.
- Lead UAT and manage change control for Recruitment-related enhancements.
- Plan, test, and deploy system updates, new features, and enhancements in partnership with IT and Workday Support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and system design.
- Design and implement automated workflows to improve HR operational efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve complex Workday Recruiting system issues across modules.
- Manage a clear backlog of system requirements and enhancements.
- Develop and execute end-to-end test scripts for assigned projects.
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance processes and user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services and HRIS partners to assess system impacts.
- Triage and resolve queries, issues, and ad hoc requests promptly.
- Support global HRIS initiatives and prioritise effectively in fast-moving environments.
- Lead or support ad-hoc projects including security configuration, data integrity, EIBs, and new module deployments.
What We're Looking For
- Deep hands-on expertise in the Workday Recruiting module.
- Proven track record of configuring, optimising and troubleshooting complex Recruiting processes across European, US or global environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-country deployments.
- Experience ensuring processes remain compliant with European regulations such as GDPR and local labour requirements.
- Strong capability in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration documentation and conducting thorough impact analysis for Recruiting-specific changes.
- Experience creating and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards and analytics to support operational needs and compliance.
- Adept at managing multiple configuration initiatives and enhancement projects from concept to delivery.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems, conduct root-cause analysis and propose scalable, compliant solutions.
- Confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders, presenting recommendations with clarity.
- Highly collaborative mindset, capable of working across multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.

Work Mode
