Lead HR operations for a globally distributed Support team in a high-growth environment. This role is central to shaping how employees across Asia, Latin America, and other regions experience HR—from onboarding to off-boarding, performance management to policy alignment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end HR processes for team members across time zones, ensuring smooth transitions during hiring and exits.
- Oversee payroll coordination, maintain HRIS accuracy, and ensure compliance through Employer of Record partners.
- Act as the main HR contact for the Support organization, aligning communication, documentation, and employee support.
- Handle employee relations with guidance from People Leadership, escalating when necessary.
- Support contract renewals and legal compliance in collaboration with EORs, finance, and legal teams.
- Lead performance review cycles—preparing managers, tracking progress, and guiding employees through feedback.
- Adapt company-wide People initiatives into practical workflows for international teams.
- Ensure policies reflect core values while respecting regional differences in labor norms.
- Coordinate with EOR partners across Asia and Latin/South America to maintain seamless operations.
- Standardize HR practices across the U.S., Philippines, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and emerging locations.
- Partner with Support leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and international hiring needs.
- Lead recruitment logistics—posting roles, scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, and optimizing candidate experience.
- Keep hiring pipelines organized and moving efficiently, especially during periods of high-volume recruitment.
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7+ years in HR roles with proven experience supporting international teams.
- Background in fast-paced, high-volume environments such as Support, Customer Experience, or Operations.
- Experience working with Employer of Record models and navigating cross-border compliance.
- Strong operational mindset—skilled in process design, documentation, and HR systems.
- Clear, culturally aware communicator who can build trust across regions and time zones.
- Independent worker with sound judgment and the ability to stay aligned with broader People strategy.
- Calm, steady presence when guiding teams through change, growth, and shifting priorities.
