About the Role
This role is responsible for delivering HR support across multiple business units, handling employee inquiries, managing HR processes, and partnering with leaders to enhance team effectiveness and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations issues with discretion and fairness
- Support performance review cycles and employee development plans
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files
- Partner with management to address workforce challenges
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate HR-related training initiatives
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits and policies
- Track and report on key HR metrics
- Support organizational change efforts
- Facilitate conflict resolution between team members
- Administer disciplinary actions when necessary
- Help draft and update HR documentation
- Promote a respectful and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams
- Monitor employee engagement and recommend improvements
- Assist in talent retention strategies
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Support workforce planning discussions
- Ensure consistent application of HR practices across departments
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related area
- SHRM or HRCI certification
- Experience in a technology-driven organization
- Background in scaling HR operations
- Knowledge of international employment standards
