Requirements
- 3+ experience in B2B sales
- Prior experience in B2B sales and managing full sales cycles

- in SaaS or selling to HR / People or Benefits teams is a plus
- You’re proactive and curious, you enjoy opening new conversations and creating opportunities, not just managing inbound demand.
- You’re comfortable managing a full sales cycle and enjoy a consultative approach to selling.
- You’re motivated by impact and excited by the idea of contributing to the growth of a new solution in the market.
- You thrive in dynamic or high-growth environments, and are comfortable navigating change while maintaining focus on your goals.
- You enjoy working in collaborative, international environments and partnering with different teams to achieve shared goals.

- You have an interest in or exposure to wellbeing, mental health, or HR-related topics, and you’re motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact in this space.
- You are native or fluent in Italian and confident working in English.
